Homecoming is at JFK on Saturday, September 30th from 7:00-10:00
PM. Join us for a night of fun with DJ Rip, Silent Disco, 360
photo booth, cotton candy, food trucks, and more! Tickets are $15
with ASB card and for guests and $25 for those without. Guest
passes are available in the Counseling office. Hope to see you

- Seniors! Senior portraits need to be taken by October 28. If
you miss this deadline your senior portrait may not be in the
yearbook. Please contact Prestige Portraits and set up an

- If you are a junior or senior with a weighted GPA of 3.5 or
above and are interest in National Honor Society please come to
an informational meeting Wednesday, Oct 4th after school in room
C301.
- Detentions for tardies will be starting this week. Students
with 3 or more tardies in one day or 3 or more tardies in one
class will be assigned detention. Failure to serve detention on
the assigned date will result in a Saturday. Detention notices
will be sent to your school email. Questions please see coach jay
in climate office.
- Girls’ Tennis has 2 matches this week. Today (9/26) they are
away at Burbank, and Thursday (9/28) they are home against
McClatchy. Both matches start a 4:00pm. Girls’ Volleyball is home
on Wednesday (9/27) against McClatchy Freshman starts at 4:30pm,
with JV at 5:30pm, and Varsity at 6:30pm. Football is home this
Friday (9/29) against Laguna Creek. JV kicks off at 5:00pm with
Varsity starting at 7:15pm. Come on out and cheer on your fellow
Cougars!!
- Congratulations to our Girls’ Golf team who came in 1st place
in the first Metro League Tournament of the season!!

helping out our athletic trainer on the sidelines for our

attend the interest meeting on Tuesday September 26th at 3:45pm
on the Varsity Baseball field.
