  • The College and Career team is excited to announce that the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will be offered at JFK on Friday, April 4th at 9:00 AM in the College & Career Center. This will be the last opportunity to take the ASVAB this school year. The ASVAB is an important assessment that helps you discover your strengths and interests, guiding your educational and career decisions while opening doors to scholarships and military opportunities. Be sure to check your SCUSD email for registration details!
  • Our SENIOR BALL is approaching in 2 WEEKS!! Make sure you stop by Casey’s to purchase your ticket, we have less than 150 tickets left. Ticket prices this week are $40 ASB & Guest or $50 Regular. Check out @jfkclassof2025 for more details!
  • Did you sign up to ABI during Club Rush? We will be having our next meeting on April 1st! Come check us out every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays of the month. Join us if you want to view how our club works, draw for fun and meet the cabinet. 
  • Come out to the quad Friday 28th after school to celebrate the end of the 3rd quarter! The criminal justice academy will be selling a limited supply of refreshing strawberry shortcakes in the quad for $5! Mark your calendars for Friday 28th after school! We hope to see your there!
  • Attention Seniors!! Have you been accepted to California State University, Sacramento, and plan to join the Hornet family this upcoming fall?

We’re excited to announce that Ms. Bee, our Sac State representative, will be visiting Kennedy High School on Friday, April 11th, during third period. She’ll be sharing important information about the next steps for students planning to attend Sac State in Fall 2025.

If you’re considering joining the Sac State Hornet family, we highly encourage you to attend. Please complete the Google Form that was sent to your SCUSD student email by Friday, April 9th, to attend.
