  • If you have seen Renee Rapp in Mean Girls, and can’t get World Burn out of your head we’ve got great news. NorCal School of the Arts is back this year with the musical Mean Girls! Auditions will be held in the auditorium today, Tuesday and Wednesday until 4:45. If you are interested in singing, dancing and acting or stage crew help please come down to sign up! You don’t want to miss this fetch show! 
  • Attention seniors: The school is planning to order your diplomas soon. Your name will be printed on the diploma exactly as you see it listed in Infinite Campus. If you want to make any changes or if you have any concerns, please see Mrs. Kay the registrar by March 31st.  Mrs. Kay’s office is located in A2 across from the health office.
  • To get prepared for Flag Football this fall we are looking for female athletes interested in learning the sport. An informational meeting will be held Tuesday March 18th right after school 3:30pm, see Mr. Holcomb in E6 for more information.
  • Congratulations to all the JFK Ceramic Artists whose Art is now on display in the Verge Art Gallery! Our very own Cadie Yang took 2nd place out of 18 schools and 200 artists this past Saturday at the opening reception- CONGRATULATIONS Cadie Yang!!! We are so very proud of the dedication and effort ALL our artists put into their self-portrait, each work is above and beyond amazing!

  • Styling Fresh for success is a fashion styling course that provides so much fun with fashion! Included are hand sewing, a fashion styling certificate and a mandatory fashion show that you get to participate in. Join Ms. Jessa to learn how to be a professional stylist on March 18 after school!
  • The College and Career team is excited to announce that the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) will be offered at JFK on Friday, April 4th at 9:00 AM in the College & Career Center. This will be the last opportunity to take the ASVAB this school year. The ASVAB is an important assessment that helps you discover your strengths and interests, guiding your educational and career decisions while opening doors to scholarships and military opportunities. Be sure to check your SCUSD email for registration details!
