- Cougars! Happy Black History Month, In honor of this heritage
month, we will be sharing some facts every tuesday and thursday
about black history.
- Today’s fact is about Ella Fitzgerald. Ella was the first
African American woman to win a grammy in 1956. She is recognized
for her amazing voice and talent. More information will be on

- Winter Formal is being held on Saturday, February 24th at
Bartley Cavanaugh from 7:00-10:00PM. Tickets are $30 with ASB and
guests and $35 without. Join us for a night to remember featuring
a variety of snacks and desserts, free ice tea and lemonade, and
free mirror photo booth prints, and dj austin. Tickets will be
available for purchase in Casey’s Corner during Lunch A and B
starting Monday, Feb 12th all week! We accept cash, card, and
cash app. Guest passes are now available in the counselors
office! Make sure to grab yours today before we run out!
- Stop by the Student Support Center today at lunch for
pastries and activities! Enjoy your lunch and make a vision board
to set yourself up for success!
- CSF applications are live!! Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors,
and Seniors can apply! Applications will be available on the CSF
website, Mr. Lams room (T5), and the counseling office. All
current members must reapply this semester and Seniors must
reapply if you want to qualify for LIFE and 100% LIFE status.
Applications due on 2/23.
- This is the last week of sales for Valentine’s Grams Grams
are $5 and include a fresh rose, organza bag of candy, and a
handwritten note. Additional roses may also be purchased for $2
each. They may be purchased directly from a Senior class cabinet
member, ASB member, or during lunch in Casey’s Corner.
- Interested in joining or learning more about the swim team?
Come to the pool deck at 3:45 after school this Wednesday for a
quick informational meeting. You can find the pool entrance in
the hallway connecting the girls and boys locker rooms.
