If your student will be absent from school for any reason, you can clear the absence in one of three ways.

BY PHONE – please call the 24-hour attendance number at (916) 395-5090 x506031 and leave the following information:

1. Student’s full legal name with the spelling of the student’s last name
2. Your name and relationship to student
3. Reason for absence
4. Date of absence
5. Parent contact number

WRITTEN NOTE – MUST include:

1. Student’s full legal name
2. Date of absence (must be inside body of message)
3. Reason for absence
4. Guardian’s printed name and signature
5. Parent contact number
