  • A representative from the US Marine Corps will be in the Little Theater MONDAY at lunch to answer questions about a career in the Marines. Any interested students are invited to attend. 
  • Attention all JFK students and community! Friday will be this year’s senior showcase from 6-8 in the auditorium! Prices will be $3 with ASB and $5 without and other guests! Come check it out!
  • Seniors, the deadline for senior polls, quotes, and baby pictures is Monday, December 17. That is THIS Monday. Please turn in your packet to Ms. Sommer in room T-12. Thanks!
  • Project Green is a club that raises awareness for waste in energy and trash. The clubs goal is to create a healthier and cleaner environment by recycling and decreasing trash production. Please assist us on this endeavor by doing what you can individually.
  • Cougars! It’s that time of year again for our annual Shriner’s Children’s Hospital Toy Drive! Please donate new and used toys to your 2nd period classes, the front office, or Casey’s Corner. The 2nd period class with the most full bags of toys will win a pizza party!
  • Attention JFK community! In an effort to help the victims of the wildfires in Paradise, we will be accepting donations of toiletries, blankets, and clothing. Donation would be appreciated!
  • TRACK AND FIELD TEAM PRE SEASON CONDITIONING STARTS ! PRE SEASON CONDITIONING SESSIONS WILL CONTINUE EVERY MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY  @ 3:30 THAT SCHOOL IS IN SESSION UNTIL THE SEASON STARTS ON FEBRUARY 4TH.   MEET ON THE TRACK, IN CASE OF HEAVY RAIN MEET IN FRONT OF THE CAFETERIA.  WE WILL TAKE SIGN UPS AT EACH SESSION.   WINTER SPORT ATHLETES MAY JOIN US AFTER THEIR WINTER SPORT SEASON IS OVER.
  • Hey Cougars! If you are interested in trying out for softball this spring, make sure you attend the meeting Tuesday 12/18 at 3:30pm in the girl’s locker room. See you there!
  • There will be a Kennedy Boys Golf Team sign up on Thursday, Dec 20 at lunch in the boys locker room.  All boys interested in playing on the golf team this spring should attend. 
  • Women’s varsity basketball beat Monterey trail 55-52

  • Men’s Varsity soccer showed Monterey trails how to play soccer Tuesday beating them 8-1

  • Men’s Varsity basketball continues their tournament today at Yuba High playing west campus at 4.

  • Women’s varsity soccer also beat Monterey trail 2-0 Tuesday
