The JFK Science Department fosters student growth through ingenuity, creativity, and inquiry-based learning. 

Our science department offers rigorous college prep courses, including College Board’s Advanced Placements (AP), in each of the high school science domains. 

Through hands-on learning and real-world application, we create Communicators, Achievers, critical Thinkers, and Socially responsible scientists. 

Our Cougar Scientists leave us scientifically literate and prepared for success in college, careers, and their communities.
