Throughout the program, students will explore culinary fundamentals, nutrition, food safety, baking and pastry arts, international cuisine, and hospitality management. Emphasizing creativity, leadership, teamwork, and professionalism, the curriculum blends classroom instruction with kitchen lab experiences, catering events, and student-led projects.

All students will have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications, participate in work-based learning, and showcase their talents through culinary competitions and community events.
