This course will provide students with opportunities to prepare for and achieve career objectives in various food service occupations. Learning experiences are designed to lead to employment within public or private enterprise or organizations related to the multifaceted food service industry. During the school year, students may as work in the industry as an intern. Upon completion of this course students will be prepared to enter the job market or to continue their training at a college or trade school.
Announcements are read every Tuesday & Thursday at the beginning of 2nd period.
