  • Do you need PE credits?! There will be a PE class offered at JFK this summer. See your counselor any day during lunch for more information and to sign up!
  • Sophomores who are considering college after high school. There will be a FREE two-day College Readiness Experience at Sacramento State this summer July 17th and 18th. Apply on-line. Please see the counselors for specifics.  
  • Come see the comedy Plagiarizing Shakespeare at the Little Theater! Friday at 5:30, Saturday at 12:30 and 5:30. Tickets are $4, $3 with ASB
  • ATTN: SENIORS!! Your tickets for GradNight will be available for pickup in the front office during Senior checkout on June 7,8,9 from 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-3:00. When you pickup your graduation tickets – Don’t forget to also pickup your ticket for GradNight. 
  • Are you a Junior or Senior of 2017? Ever wondered about the Armed Forces? How about the California Army National Guard! There will be an informational discussion about why and how to join The Guard. Today after school at 2:30 in E-5 the ROTC room. NATIONAL GUARD gear will be handed out.
  • Congratulations to the 2017 Yearbook staff for creating an outstanding yearbook!  You can still sign up to be a part of the 2018 yearbook class.  Juniors, since creating the yearbook is a service for our school, it can count as a senior project for qualified students.  See Mrs. Hanzlik in Room F2 for details.
  • On the newsstands on Friday, June 2, the senior edition of the Clarion!  It is our largest edition ever, so be sure to pick up your copy!  Also, there is still time to sign up to be part of the award winning Clarion class.  Juniors, your work on the Clarion can now count as your senior project.  See Mrs. Hanzlik in Room F2 to see if you qualify. 
  • Seniors! If you no longer need to use your textbooks, you may return them to the library during regular school hours. Otherwise you may return them after your finals for that subject is over. Textbooks need to be cleared in order to participate in ceremonies. 
  • Girl’s tennis will be having a meeting in F-3 after school on Wednesday. Those who have not already signed up come on by!
